Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and oktk2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the oktk2 website, mobile interface, and all associated gambling, gaming, and betting services available at https://oktk2.club. By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether by creating an account, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the oktk2 Platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. oktk2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility

To register an account and use the oktk2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Players who are found to have falsified their age during registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any balances or winnings forfeited without compensation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion register or have previously self-excluded from the oktk2 Platform or any partner platform.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the oktk2 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein. To open an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control — this number will be used for account authentication, OTP verification, and withdrawal processing.
• Your legal full name as it appears on your national identity document (NID) or passport.
• A unique, secure password of at least eight characters combining letters and numbers.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. oktk2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to adequately secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify oktk2 support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oktk2 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100; withdrawals to your registered bKash wallet processed within thirty minutes of approval.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100; withdrawals processed on the same timeline as bKash. Nagad number must match the name on your oktk2 account.
• Rocket and Upay — subject to the same minimum deposit and processing rules as bKash and Nagad. Dutch-Bangla Bank account holders may use Rocket for direct bank-linked deposits.
• All payment methods must be registered in the same name as your oktk2 account. Third-party payment methods — that is, accounts belonging to another individual — are not accepted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification before processing. oktk2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account is newly created, or the withdrawal pattern is unusual. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Bonuses and Promotions

oktk2 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus on multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• oktk2 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence that a player is exploiting the promotion in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimise financial exposure while meeting rollover conditions.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only. No player may claim a welcome bonus more than once under any circumstances, including after account closure and re-registration.

Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup are time-limited and will be communicated to eligible players through the Platform. Such promotions are subject to separate specific terms which will be published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the oktk2 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. In addition to these general rules, sport-specific and game-specific rules apply and are published within each respective product section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and assigned a unique transaction reference may not be cancelled or altered by the player. oktk2 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where a technical fault has resulted in an incorrect odds display, or where there is evidence of system manipulation.
• Cricket betting markets at oktk2 cover match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, method of dismissal, and in-play live markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international series involving Bangladesh. Final results are determined based on official scorecards published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live feed availability. oktk2 shall not be liable for delayed or interrupted live data feeds resulting from third-party data provider issues. In the event of a feed interruption, bets already confirmed prior to the interruption remain valid.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. No player may receive a payout in excess of the stated maximum payout limit regardless of the winning bet amount.

Responsible Gaming

oktk2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its player base. We recognise that gambling carries financial risk and that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out — players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account is inaccessible for all gambling activity. Time-out periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to permanently or indefinitely close their account on responsible gaming grounds may contact support to initiate a self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are permanently closed and the player may not re-register for a minimum period of six months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oktk2 Platform. A breach of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where fraud or criminal activity is identified, referral to relevant authorities. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited without compensation.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, access account features, or exploit promotions.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market, including sharing of hole cards, coordinating in-play bets, or any form of match-fixing.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds. oktk2 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account closures, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade responsible gaming restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.

oktk2 reserves the right to investigate any account that exhibits unusual patterns of activity. During an investigation, withdrawals may be held pending resolution. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive a refund of deposits made to the account.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the oktk2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of oktk2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of oktk2. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktk2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your inability to access or use the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and any personal or financial information stored therein, where such access resulted from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of oktk2.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party. oktk2 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Privacy

Your use of the oktk2 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and oktk2. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. A copy of the current Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

Amendments to Terms

oktk2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, we will endeavour to notify active players through a notification on the Platform or by other reasonable means. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gambling law as applied in the jurisdiction in which the player is domiciled. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally through the oktk2 support process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. Players in Bangladesh are subject to local laws applicable to online gaming and betting activity, and it is the player's responsibility to ensure their compliance with such laws.
